The following students were named to the Dean's List for the Spring 2018 semester at Grove City College
Cornell College named 231 students to its Dean's List for the spring 2018 semester. Twice each year--at the end of January and the end of May--the Dean of the College recognizes those students who have earned superior grades during the previous semester and enrolls them on the Dean's List based upon their semester grade point average.

Nineteen Cornell College students have been elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the country's oldest and most respected academic honor society. These students' names will be added to the permanent plaque in Cole Library listing all members elected to Cornell's Delta of Iowa chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, founded in 1922. Election is based upon good character and a distinguished record of performance in courses that demonstrate a broad exposure to the liberal arts, as well as substantive work in areas outside the major.
Wheaton College students were recently inducted in Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology.
The University of Findlay Orchestra, conducted by Thomas Carey, recently performed "A Fall Concert" in Winebrenner Theological Seminary's TLB Auditorium. UF's orchestra includes more than 60 members who range from University students and staff to community members.
Eleven Coastal Carolina University students in sororities and fraternities spent their Spring Break volunteering in a homeless shelter in downtown Atlanta, Ga., doing service for the estimated 14,000 homeless in the city. The Greek student volunteers worked from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily in the Central Night Shelter, assisting as needed.
Wheaton College students performed in "Confessions," the annual spring dance show presented by Zoe's Feet Dance Ministry.
The Iowa State University College of Engineering's Dean's List honors students who have earned a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
Biola University awarded 47 incoming freshmen with the school's highest scholarship – Trustee's Scholarship – for the 2015/2016 academic year.
Several area residents received merit scholarships to attend Fort Lewis College for the Fall 2014 semester. These merit scholarships are renewable for up to 120 credits if criteria are met. Fort Lewis College also offers several other scholarships, including grants, the Finish in Four! Scholarship, FLC Foundation scholarships, alumni scholarships, departmental scholarships, Native American scholarships, and outside scholarships.
University of the Cumberlands named students to the High Honor Roll during the 56th annual Honors Day program. These students have attained a minimum of 3.85 cumulative standing. Since UC only offers one undergraduate commencement ceremony, this list includes those students who finished their degree in December as well as those who will graduate in the May event.
